Guest Conduct & Liability

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow guests, hotel staff, and the property, and Amstay Inn reserves the right to request the departure of any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of applicable laws. Guests are personally liable for any damage caused to hotel property, rooms, or furnishings during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest's account. Amstay Inn shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless such loss is directly attributable to the hotel's negligence.
